This policy explains how Novum Cheats ("Novum," "we," "us," or "our") and our providers handle information when you browse, buy, use My Keys, or contact support.
01Who this policy covers
Novum is the merchant and controller of buyer and support data. Komerza runs our catalog, checkout, order records, My Keys, and digital delivery and processes buyer data for us. This policy covers novumcheats.xyz and Novum support; linked services also apply their own policies.
02Data we process

Email is required to create and deliver an order. Komerza and the payment provider handle complete payment credentials; this storefront does not receive or store them.
03Why we use it
We process data to perform purchases and support, for legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, operations, and claims, to meet legal duties, and with consent where required. We send transactional order, access, security, and support messages. We do not currently run optional advertising or visitor-analytics scripts, sell personal information, or use it for targeted advertising.
Komerza or payment providers may automate fraud and payment checks. Contact us to request human review where local law provides that right.
06Retention and security
We retain data only as needed for delivery, support, security, accounting, disputes, and law, then delete or anonymize it where practical. Browser cart data remains until you clear it; Komerza controls its platform retention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is risk-free.
07Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, or complain to a privacy authority. We may verify identity and retain records required by law or claims. The service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent or purchase.
08Contact and changes
For privacy requests or support, open a private ticket in the official Novum Discord. Do not post order IDs, payment details, or other personal information in a public channel. Updates will show a new date here, with additional notice where required.
