Novum does not voluntarily offer refunds for digital products. Once payment is confirmed and digital access or delivery begins, all sales are final except where applicable law requires a remedy.
01All sales are final
We do not provide voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, extensions, replacements, or store credit after digital access or delivery begins. This applies whether or not a key, download, or license has been opened, activated, redeemed, downloaded, or used.
02Immediate digital delivery
Review the product, duration, compatibility, requirements, quantity, and total before paying. Change of mind, choosing the wrong option, unsupported hardware or software, failure to follow instructions, third-party account action, temporary maintenance, or termination for violating our Terms does not create a voluntary refund right.
Where law requires separate express consent and acknowledgment before a digital-content withdrawal right is lost, that right is not waived unless those requirements are satisfied.
03Delivery or technical problems
For duplicate charges, failed delivery, or technical problems, open a private ticket in the official Novum Discord with your Komerza order ID and purchase email. Do not post that information publicly. We may troubleshoot, restore access, or provide another appropriate remedy. A refund is provided only when we choose to do so or applicable law requires it.
04Renewals and payment disputes
If recurring access is offered, cancel before renewal through My Keys or support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not voluntarily refund a completed charge or unused time. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Nothing limits a legitimate dispute right, but a knowingly false or abusive dispute may result in suspended access. We may provide relevant order, delivery, access, and support records when responding.
05Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any consumer right, legal guarantee, withdrawal right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy despite this policy, we will provide what that law requires.
