These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Novum Cheats (“Novum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of our website, digital products, customer access, and support services.
01Agreement and eligibility
By accessing the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use. You may not use the service where prohibited by law.
02The service
Novum provides downloadable software, license access, instructions, updates, and support. Product descriptions, compatibility, access periods, stock, and prices are shown on the storefront or at checkout. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, or service quality.
03Product license and customer access
After successful payment, Novum grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for the access period and devices stated at checkout. You do not acquire ownership of the software or source code.
Unless expressly allowed in writing, you may not share, resell, sublicense, transfer, leak, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing, remove protections, or commercially exploit a product. You are responsible for keeping keys, downloads, email access, and device credentials secure.
If an access option is described as “lifetime,” it means the supported lifetime of that specific product, not your lifetime or a guarantee of permanent availability.
04Orders, payment, and delivery
Storefront, checkout, customer-portal, and delivery services are provided through Komerza and its supported payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information and authorize the displayed charge. Taxes, currency conversion, and provider fees may apply.
An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and access is issued. We may reject, cancel, limit, or review an order to address pricing errors, unavailable stock, fraud risk, legal requirements, or suspected misuse.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Subscription variants, if offered, renew according to the terms displayed at checkout until cancelled.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service in violation of applicable law or to harm another person or system;
- attack, overload, scrape, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, API, licensing, delivery, or support systems;
- circumvent license limits, security measures, payment controls, or access restrictions;
- distribute malware, steal credentials, impersonate staff, or interfere with another user;
- use false payment information, abuse coupons, commit fraud, or file a knowingly false dispute; or
- share confidential builds, keys, support material, or internal information.
06Third-party rules, risk, and availability
Products may interact with games, operating systems, anti-cheat systems, platforms, and other third-party services we do not control. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules that apply to your accounts, device, and location.
Using software that modifies or interacts with a game may lead to account restrictions, suspensions, bans, data loss, or other consequences. You assume those risks. Status labels describe our current assessment and are not a promise of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or a specific result.
07Support and communications
Support is provided through the channels listed on the website. You agree to communicate respectfully and provide enough accurate information to investigate an issue. Harassment, threats, spam, or abuse may result in restricted support or termination.
08Intellectual property
The website, branding, software, documentation, interface, and related materials are owned by Novum or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Novum names and logos may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without permission.
09Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or payment risk, abused support, or exposed the service to legal harm.
10Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous access, compatibility with every system, a particular result, or immunity from third-party action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, accounts, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim during the six months before the event.
11General terms
These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, law, or risk environment changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
