These Terms form an agreement between you and Novum Cheats ("Novum," "we," "us," or "our") for the website, digital products, customer access, and support.
01Agreement and eligibility
By accessing the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to contract and use the service where you live. If you are below the age of majority, a parent or guardian must purchase and supervise use. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
02Service and product license
Novum provides digital software access, instructions, updates, and support as described at purchase. After confirmed payment, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the stated product, period, quantity, and supported devices. You do not own the software or source code.
You may not share, resell, transfer, leak, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing or security, remove protections, or commercially exploit a product unless we give written permission. Protect your keys, downloads, email, and devices. "Lifetime" means the supported lifetime of that product, not your lifetime or permanent availability.
03Orders, payment, and delivery
Komerza and the selected payment provider operate checkout, order records, customer access, and delivery. Provide accurate information and review the product, compatibility, term, quantity, currency, taxes, fees, and total before authorizing payment. An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and access is issued.
We may reject, limit, review, or cancel an order for stock or pricing errors, fraud, legal requirements, payment risk, or misuse. Recurring products renew on the terms shown at checkout until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy, payment-provider rules, and any rights that cannot legally be waived.
04Acceptable use
- break applicable law, harm another person or system, distribute malware, steal credentials, or impersonate staff;
- attack, overload, scrape, probe, or obtain unauthorized access to the site, APIs, licensing, checkout, delivery, or support;
- circumvent license, quantity, payment, security, or access controls;
- use false payment information, abuse coupons, commit fraud, or file a knowingly false dispute; or
- share confidential builds, keys, downloads, support materials, or internal information.
05Third-party risk and support
Products may interact with games, operating systems, anti-cheat tools, and platforms we do not control. Use may violate third-party rules or cause restrictions, suspension, bans, incompatibility, or data loss. You accept those risks. A status label reflects only our current assessment and does not guarantee detection status, uninterrupted access, compatibility, or results.
We provide reasonable support through listed channels. Give accurate details and communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, spam, or abuse may result in restricted support.
06Availability, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or access for maintenance, compatibility, security, legal requirements, provider changes, or service quality. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created a security or payment risk, abused support, or exposed the service to legal harm.
07Ownership, disclaimers, and general terms
Novum or its licensors own the website, branding, software, and documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties or guarantees of continuous access, compatibility, results, or immunity from third-party action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novum is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, including lost accounts, data, profits, or opportunity. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to it during the six months before the event. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that law does not allow us to limit.
These Terms and linked policies are the entire agreement about the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective; failure to enforce is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised date and will give additional notice where required.
